Acceptance of the conditions

The purchase of products and services through our website implies that the customer has read and accepted these general conditions.

In order to purchase a product or service, it will be necessary for the customer to register by entering truthful personal data and setting a password.

The customer can choose and change the password for accessing their account at any time.

Fundación CANNA accepts no liability in the event that this password is shared with a third party.

If you have made a mistake in entering your personal details, please email us immediately to correct them. If you are late and the goods have already been shipped, it will not be possible to amend these details.

Purchasing process

All purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include the verification of product availability, validation of the payment method, validation of the invoice, and compliance with the conditions required by the selected payment method. In some cases, email verification may be required.

The customer will choose the product or service they wish to purchase.

Fundación CANNA will confirm receipt of the order within 10 days of receipt of the order, via an acknowledgement sent to the e-mail address provided for this purpose.

Customers can download their invoice from their password-protected customer area or by writing to info@shop.fundacion-canna.es.

The entire purchasing process will be carried out in Spanish or English, depending on what the customer chooses. Emails will only be answered if written in English or Spanish.

Prices

The prices of the products offered on this website are valid only for purchases made on this website.

Shipping and delivery

Products will be shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The customer must ensure that their delivery address is correct and complete before submitting their order. If your order is returned to our office, we will be happy to resend it. If your order is NOT returned to our office, we assume no responsibility and will not be able to resend it free of charge under any circumstances.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer acquired material possession of the products. In order to stay within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of this right before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of their name, full address, telephone number, and e-mail address, and their decision to cancel the order by means of an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail.

It is possible to use the cancellation form below, although its use is not compulsory. The customer also has the option to electronically fill in and send the cancellation form or to send any other clear statement to our email address info@shop.fundacion-canna.es. We will inform you immediately by e-mail of the receipt of the cancellation.

We are happy to help you with any queries about your order. To give you total peace of mind when shopping with us, we guarantee a refund on any product you are not completely satisfied with if you return it in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If you wish to return purchased products for any reason, please contact us first by email, within 14 days of receipt of your order, to confirm your return. Any products returned without prior authorisation will be returned at your cost.

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired.

Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Once the customer has confirmed the return with us, they must send the products to our postal address:

All returns are sent at the customer’s risk until they reach us.

We recommend using an insured delivery method, as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post. We will not accept additional charges for guaranteed next-day services or for other courier services.

Defective products

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective or damaged, the customer may return it for an exchange or refund. The customer must contact us within 14 days of receipt of their order and return the goods in accordance with these conditions.

Substitute products will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Exchanges

No exchanges will be accepted.

If the ordered product is not available, Fundación CANNA may supply a product of similar characteristics and of the same or higher quality without an increase in price.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return. If the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, they shall bear the resulting additional costs.

Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable and the customer shall bear the actual cost of returning the products unless the products are defective.

The refund will be effected using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

Limitation of liability

Products are sold without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by Fundación CANNA. In no event shall Fundación CANNA be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or other losses resulting from the use, or inability to use, our products.

Fundación CANNA is not involved in the manufacture of the products and will not advise on their use or operation according to the manufacturers' guidelines. The customer is urged to carefully read the instructions, manuals, and other documentation that comes with the products, and to use the products safely and in accordance with the manufacturers' guidelines.

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. The warranty only covers the products’ defects in manufacturing and functionality under normal conditions, and shall only apply if they have been used correctly and, in particular, in accordance with the technical specifications indicated for each product, in environmental conditions that are in accordance with the specifications indicated by the manufacturer, and for the purpose for which it was designed.

Fundación CANNA has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the products as accurate as possible, but the customer should verify the dimensions indicated on the website.

Fundación CANNA does not grant any right or interest in any copyright or industrial or intellectual property rights in any product, or the right to copy them. The copyright of the content of the entire Fundación CANNA website and related pages is owned by, or licensed to, Fundación CANNA. It may not be used, copied, or altered without our express consent.

You may use the website only for private, non-commercial use, i.e. for the sole purpose of placing orders. Fundación CANNA and our logos are trade names or trademarks and may not be used without our express permission. The trademarks of the brands sold on the website belong to their respective owners.
